Gold/Silver/Platinum/Palladium Supply Chain Due Diligence Policy

Shenzhen Cuilu Gold Refinery Co., Ltd. strictly adheres to the "LBMA Responsible Gold/Silver Guidance" and "LPPM Responsible Platinum/Palladium Guidance," and has established a due diligence management system for the gold/silver/platinum/palladium supply chain in accordance with these requirements. We actively promote due diligence in the gold/silver/platinum/palladium supply chain to ensure compliance with the "LBMA Responsible Gold/Silver Guidance" and "LPPM Responsible Platinum/Palladium Guidance." We strictly prohibit the following behaviors in the supply chain:

1.Human rights violations, including the use of child labor, torture, inhuman or degrading treatment, widespread use of violence or other serious forced labor, war crimes, crimes against humanity, or genocide;

2.Direct or indirect support to illegal armed groups or public or private security forces that illegally control mining areas, traders, other intermediaries, or transportation routes, or illegal taxation or extortion of money or mineral products within the supply chain ("illegal armed groups, public or private security forces");

3.Concealing the origin of gold/silver/platinum/palladium through bribery or fraud;

4.Failure to comply with government requirements regarding taxes and fees for the extraction, trade, and export of mineral products from conflict-affected and high-risk areas;

5.Money laundering or terrorist financing;

6.Funding conflicts;

7.Engaging in high-risk business activities, such as weapons, gambling, antiques and art, sects, and their leaders;

8.Beneficiaries being politically sensitive individuals or wanted persons;

9.Non-compliance with environmental, health, safety, and labor regulations and/or company policies in the country/region of operation.

If any of the above behaviors are found in the supply chain, we will take measures to isolate the purchased products and immediately suspend or terminate any transactions with the supplier.

We will regularly assess supply chain risks in accordance with management system requirements, establish supplier due diligence management files, and ensure that the supply chain continuously complies with the requirements of the 'LBMA Responsible Gold/Silver Guidance' and 'LPPM Responsible Platinum/Palladium Guidance'."
